We thoroughly enjoyed our experience on the Rubicon recently. We had a fabulous time & will be recommending your company to our friends in New Zealand. The crew looked after us fantastically & nothing was a problem. Kayla was superb with getting some amazing footage on the go-pro for us. Joe made us feel safe at all times & tried his absolute best to get us onto a pod of dolphins – sadly they didnt get the memo haha. If we return to Hawaii someday we will definitely be rebooking.

We had a fantastic day and enjoyed a beautiful sunset from the water. Both Ian and Ryan were outstanding hosts and ensured we were all having a ball. The snorkeling experience in Turtle Canyon was a personal highlight of my three weeks in the US. Also, watching the girls tubing was a blast for both the riders and spectators. You have a beautiful boat and we appreciate the extra effort made by you and the crew to ensure the day was truly memorable.

Marla and the crew were awesome! Marla was very responsive to our emails and making sure we had everything we needed/requested. The crew Captain Maisa and Burke were amazing and a ton of fun, as well as very attentive to our needs the day of the charter. We had a blast and would definitely charter through them again.

Our entire family works/worked in some form of customer service – my father and mother in law in aviation, my husband in IT and I head up the ‘customer’ division for an Australian bank – so we’re all a little bit fussy when it comes to delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating memories for people. I have to say, you guys nailed it. Your crew is first class and my interactions with you were fuss free.
We have a very energetic, talkative little 4 year old boy who has NO fear of water. Ryan was incredible with him in the water (given the size of the swell today it was no easy feat), showing him sea urchins and helping him navigate the swell. Ross also had him captivated on the bridge -I’ve never seen our little boy so focused on something.
The gesture of the cupcakes was lovely and helped to cement Peter’s 40th birthday celebration.
